Psychonaut & Altered States: Exploring New Realms of the Mind

Altered states are a key to magical power. A psychonaut is one who explores how to enter and explore altered states and new realms of consciousness, both in the body and the mind. Entheogens, chemognosis, and techniques like holotropic breathwork can open pathways to shamanic experience. But the mind is only one frontier of exploration: The body can be explored too, through diet, biohacking, exercise and many other techniques.
